 System Overview

This battery system is a high-performance energy storage unit typically configured at 48V or 51.2V to achieve its 5kWh capacity (100Ah). By utilizing Grade A cells (often manufactured in facilities associated with Tesla's supply chain or utilizing similar high-density chemistry standards), the battery ensures maximum efficiency, low internal resistance, and minimal degradation over time.

- Grade A Cells: These are the highest tier of manufactured cells, ensuring uniform capacity, optimal thermal stability, and a long lifespan of 6,000+ charge cycles at 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD).  

- LiFePO4 Chemistry: Lithium Iron Phosphate is widely recognized as the safest lithium-ion chemistry available. It features an exceptionally low risk of thermal runaway (fire) and contains no toxic heavy metals like cobalt. 

- Smart Touchscreen Monitor: An on-unit LCD touchscreen provides real-time diagnostic data directly on the battery enclosure. [16, 17] 

- Remote Monitoring Function: Features integrated Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or GPRS modules allowing users to track battery health, State of Charge (SoC), voltage, and historical data via a smartphone app or web portal. 

- DC Circuit Breaker Protector: A built-in, heavy-duty molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) or specialized DC breaker acts as a physical safety switch, protecting the internal electronics from severe overcurrent or short-circuits.

- Parallel Expansion (Up to 6 Units): An advanced internal Battery Management System (BMS) with RS485/CAN communication ports allows up to 6 batteries to be linked together. This expands total capacity seamlessly from 5kWh up to 30kWh.

Thanks to the intelligent BMS communicating via CAN and RS485, this battery system is designed to plug-and-play with major hybrid inverter brands.

When paralleling up to 6 units, the batteries automatically assign master/slave designations via dip switches or the touchscreen interface. This ensures that the entire stack charges and discharges evenly, preventing one battery from doing all the heavy lifting.
